We do not replace doctors and we do not make diagnoses; we help patients reach the right medical resources faster.

Please send medical documents through the contact form or by email to contact@mindforsoul.ro, not via WhatsApp. We reply and agree with you the next steps that suit your case.
We reply to requests on working days, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00, usually within 24 hours. Requests received at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the next working day. In a medical emergency, call 112.
The first assessment conversation is free of charge and does not commit you to purchasing the service. The fee for our patient management service is RON 500 (VAT included) per case — one medical problem of one patient. It covers the review of your situation, guidance towards the right specialists, investigations and medical facilities, and support in organising your care pathway until the end of treatment, for up to 12 months from payment. Doctors’ fees and the cost of investigations are not included and are paid directly to the medical providers.
Payment is made before the service begins, by bank transfer, in cash or via an online payment link processed by an authorised payment service provider. We issue a tax invoice for every payment, sent by email or WhatsApp.
Yes. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by sending a notice to contact@mindforsoul.ro. If you asked us to start the service before this period ends, you owe an amount proportional to the services already provided. Full details are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
We do not provide patient management services in state hospitals. We work exclusively with doctors in private clinics and hospitals.
Some of the hospitals and clinics we work with have contracts with the National Health Insurance House for certain specialties.
Yes, we can facilitate a priority appointment, depending on the doctor’s availability.
Yes, we can facilitate obtaining a second medical opinion in Austria or Turkey.
The service is for adult patients only; we do not cover paediatrics.
No. We connect the patient with the right doctor for their situation; we do not make diagnoses and we do not replace the doctor’s role.
